For the 2018/2019 school year (beginning September 2018)
VVCP will be taking online registration this year, and will open up to current families on December 11th, 2017.
For new families, the link for online registration will be shared on the VVCP website on the morning of January 8th, 2018. Watch for a posting with the information and link under the VVCP News page.
Our fees for the 2018/19 preschool year have changed:
Monday – Friday 5 days – $1850 for the year or $ 185 / month
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3 days – $1150 for the year or $ 115 / month
Tuesday, Thursday 2 days – $900 for the year or $ 90 / month
Though all of the preschool spots for the 2017-18 year are currently filled, families often change plans towards the end of summer and in September, freeing up spots. If you are interested in joining our preschool please submit an application and get your family on our waitlist.
For the 2017-2018 school year (beginning September 2017)
Currently registered families can submit forms AND the $25 registration fee at the Christmas Party on December 16, or any time after. We have loads of returning families next year and spots will fill up fast so we strongly encourage bringing your forms/fees to the Christmas party or very soon after!
New families can submit their forms and fees as of January 9th, 2017.
No emailed registration forms will be accepted. They must be printed out and dropped off at the preschool office or mailed to the preschool. See the Forms page for downloadable PDF registration forms.

As of September 30, 2016, Varsity View Co-operative Preschool has a few spaces available for this school year, 2016/2017 – we can accept a few last students and are also accepting people on a wait list.

If you would like to register, we require a completed registration form (available to download on the FORMS page), as well as the $25 registration fee.
To help the children get adjusted to the preschool environment, we are staggering their start dates. This means that only half of the students will be coming to each session during the first week. With a smaller amount of children, it is a little less overwhelming. We will be forwarding you a list telling you what day and time your child will be coming during the beginning week of September 7-9th. This is the only day and time that your child will attend preschool during the first week.
Regular enrollment will begin the following week, Monday Sept. 12th, with your child attending on his/her registered days.
Parent Orientation night is Tuesday September 6th, 2016 at 6:00pm. The Annual General Meeting will be incorporated into this evening as well. It is hosted in the preschool room at Brunskill School.
Attendance is mandatory for each family, as this is when all details of the preschool will be explained, including volunteer, fund-raising and toy wash obligations. Information sheets will also be distributed outlining signing up for volunteer days online. This orientation is for one or both parents only (and can include their respective stand-in who will be volunteering in the classroom); we kindly ask that children not attend.
The board will be elected at the AGM; the list of nominees is included on the Contact page. If there are any open positions, nominations will be taken from the floor. Financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 will be available for your review.
